በኢትዮጵያ መኪና የሚያመርተው ሆላንድ ካር በኪሣራ የተነሳ ተዘጋ

ኩባንያው የገጠመውን የገንዘብ ቀውስ ለመፍታት ፥ ላለፉት አምስት ወራቶች ያደረገው ጥረት ቢያደርግም አለመሳካቱን ያስታወሱት ይህን ኩባንያ ከሆላንዶች ጋር በሽርክና የከፈቱት ስራ አስኪያጁ ኢንጂነር ታደሰ ተሰማ ኩባንያው በሃገሪቱ የሚታየውን የትራንስፖርት እጥረት በመቅረፉ የበኩሉን ሚና ለመጫወት ፥ መኪና ለማምረት ከሚመለከታቸው ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በጋራ ሲሰራ ቢቆይም ፥ ያለፉትን 2 አመታት በኪሳራ ምክንያት ያለስራ በማሳለፉ መዘጋቱንም ነው ያስታወሰሱት። በኢትዮጵያ አዋሽ፣ እማይ፣ ናዖሚ፣ ተከዜ፣ አባይ፣ ሽበሌ የተባሉ መኪኖችን እንዲሁም አሃዱ የተሰኘ አውቶቡስ በመገጣጠም ሲያመርት የቆየው ሆላንድ ካር ሀላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ኩባንያ በደረሰበት ኪሳራ ምክንያት ስራ ማቆሙን ይፋ አደረገ። የኩባንያው ዋና ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኢንጂነር ታደሰ ተሰማ ኩባንያው በዓመት እስከ 18 ሚሊዮን ብርሲከስር ነበር በማለት ተናግረዋል።

በአሁኑ ወቅት የሕወሐት ኩባንያዎች ትላልቅ መኪናዎችን ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ እንደሚገጣጥሙና በመንግስትም ከፍተኛ ድጋፍ እንደሚደረግላቸው ያስታወሱት የዘ-ሐበሻ የአዲስ አበባ ዘጋቢዎች እንዳሉት ሆላንድ ካር በኢትዮጵያ የንግድ ህግ መሰረት በኪሳራ (bankruptcy) እንዲዘጋ ለፍርድ ቤት በማመልከቻ የጠየቀ መጠየቁንና በአመት እስከ 18 ሚሊየን ብር የሚደርስ ኪሳራ ማስመዘገቡ ነውን ተናግረዋል።
በዚህ ኩባንያ ውስጥ ያሉ ሰራተኞች እንደሚበተኑ ሆኖም ግን ጥቅማቸው እንደሚከበርላቸው የሆላንድ ካር ሥራ አስኪያጅ መናገራቸውን ያስታወሱት ምንጮቻችን በተለይ የሕወሃት ኩባንያዎች በተለያዩ የንግድ ዘርፎች ገበያውን በቀጥታም ሆነ በተዘዋዋሪ በመንግስት በሚደረግላቸው ድጋፍ መቆጣጠራቸው ለሌሎች ነጋዴዎች መክሰር እንደዋነኛ ምክንያት ይጠቅሳሉ። ወደፊትም የሕወሃት ኩባንያዎችን ጫና መቋቋም የማይችሉ ንግዶች መዘጋታቸውን እንደሚቀጥሉ እነዚሁ ምንጮች ገልጸዋል።
የሆላንድ ካን ከሆላንዶች ጋር የሚመራው ኢንጂነር ታደሰ ማን ነው?

Tadesse Tessema, an engineer by profession used to live in the Netherlands. He would travel to Ethiopia now and then, and discovered that there was demand for cars in Ethiopia. So he created a company named Ethio-Holland which imported usedLada cars from Holland. After a while he came to understand the negative impacts of used cars: environmental and technical hazards, limited employment opportunities for the fellow citizens, and low benefits to the country and himself as well . Therefore he decided to assemble cars locally in Ethiopia. In order to obtain funding for the company, he created a joint venture partnership with a Dutch company, Trento BV Engineering. This partnership allowed the company to obtain additional funding from the Netherlands Government.
The land on which the factory was constructed was obtained from the OromiaRegional State, and is near Mojo Town about 70 km, South of Addis Ababa.
With the help of Dutch technical expertise from the Netherlands combined with the Ethiopian skilled manpower the first car was assembled under the name DOCC (Dutch Overseas Car Company). Parts for these cars originated from a Turkish Automotive car Producer. While a good start, the DOCC model was technically obsolete.The partners then decided to enter into an agreement with a Chinese automanufacturing company with the latest technology to create the new and famous car called “ABAY” after the multinational river which originates from Ethiopia.
